Must-have skills:

【~】✪ Ability to promote PAYable products with strong focus on Soundbox and SoftPOS.

【~】✪ Coaching ability to support junior sales executives.

【~】✪ Field execution discipline and operational excellence.

【~】✪ Strong negotiation and communication skills.

【~】✪ Ability to drive aggressive merchant acquisition and product penetration.

【~】✪ Target-driven and results-oriented personality.

Nice to have:

【~】✪ Prior experience in fintech payment solutions.

【~】✪ Experience in high-volume field sales or town storming campaigns.

【~】✪ Proven ability to coach junior sales staff and lead by example in the field.

【~】✪ Consistently exceed acquisition and collection targets.

【~】✪ Familiarity with PAYable products, Mastercore workflows, and merchant onboarding processes is a strong advantage.

【~】✪ Promote PAYable products with strong focus on Soundbox and SoftPOS.

【~】✪ Ensure timely and accurate application submission in Mastercore.

【~】✪ Support device deployment and merchant activation.

【~】✪ Support Team Leader in onboarding and mentoring junior team members.

【~】✪ Drive aggressive merchant acquisition and product penetration.

【~】✪ Collect merchant documentation and complete onboarding requirements.

【~】✪ Collect initial payments, device payments, and rental payments.

【~】✪ Coach and support Sales Executives during field execution.

【~】✪ Maintain strong activity, quality, and collections performance.
