【~】✪ Field execution discipline.

Nice to have:

【~】✪ Previous mentoring or coaching experience leading junior sales staff.

【~】✪ Exposure to merchant onboarding platforms (Mastercore or similar).

【~】✪ Fintech / payments industry background.

【~】✪ Proven track record of hitting activity, quality, and collections targets.

【~】✪ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

【~】✪ Self-motivated and target-driven personality.

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 : | # 💠 𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

【~】✪ Conduct daily merchant visits in assigned territories.

【~】✪ Acquire new merchants and drive product adoption.

【~】✪ Promote PAYable products and solutions effectively.

【~】✪ Collect merchant documents and complete onboarding requirements.

【~】✪ Ensure accurate and timely application submission in Mastercore.

【~】✪ Collect initial payments, device payments, and rental payments.

【~】✪ Support merchant deployment and activation.

【~】✪ Coach and support Sales Executives in field execution.

【~】✪ Assist Team Leader in onboarding and mentoring junior team members.

【~】✪ Maintain strong activity, quality, and collections performance.
