SENIOR PLANTATION EXECUTIVE

📌 Scope of Duties :-

➡️Planning the daily activities of the farm, allocating work for frontline workers, collecting the daily output and reporting the daily output to the management.

➡️Proactive approach for achieving results.

➡️Focus on crop health, growth, field, optimization & cost control.

➡️Prepare and manage plans and Schedule for efficient execution of work.

➡️Liaise with relevant authorities and other stakeholders to ensure the use of best practices.

📌 QUALIFICATION :-

➡️Diploma in Agricultural /Farming or related field.

➡️Minimum 3 years of experience in estate /farm management.

➡️In-depth knowledge about agricultural products, especially in Moringa cultivation.

➡️Good Communication & Presentation skills.

➡️Age between 25 -45

Candidates resides within the Northern Province are Preferred.
