🎯 Job Role
We are looking for a highly experienced, confident and result-oriented professional to handle:
Lead conversion (Marketing leads → bookings)
Customer communication (calls & WhatsApp)
Branch coordination & operations control
Sales performance monitoring
🧾 Key Responsibilities
Handle all incoming leads (Facebook / TikTok / Website / WhatsApp)
Respond to customers professionally and persuasively
Convert leads into confirmed bookings
Coordinate customers with branches efficiently
Monitor branch follow-ups and response time
Ensure no lead is missed or wasted
Track full sales funnel (Lead → Visit → Booking → Sale)
Prepare daily performance reports
Maintain communication between head office & branches
Improve overall conversion rate
🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 3+ years experience in:
Sales Conversion / Closing
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Operations / Coordination roles
Excellent communication & persuasion skills
Strong customer handling ability
Ability to work under high pressure
Strong follow-up discipline
WhatsApp / CRM / digital communication experience
Leadership & coordination skills
Fast decision-making ability
Ability to manage multiple branches
