Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day IT operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT systems and infrastructure
Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT infrastructure needs and requirements
Maintain network security, data backup, and disaster recovery plans & vendor management in a timely manner
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to propose innovative IT strategies and solutions.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology. or a related field
Proven experience in IT operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior leadership role
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks
Expertise in installing, configuring (Switch, Router & Firewall) and managing multiple LAN/WAN network technologies
Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL, RHCSA, CCNA) will be an added advantage
