MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
1+ years of experience in sales / business development
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Resides in or around Colombo
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve the set sales targets and KPis within the stipulated time frame.
Carry out relevant tasks towards achieving set goals/deliverables.
Create/manage/nurture/maintain a strong customer pipeline to ensure continuous sales growth.
Provide relevant market/competitor feedback on a regular basis.
Educate and train customers to maximize the benefit of their membership through effective ad posting/boosting at the right times.
Maintain the highest level of integrity and work ethic of all times.
