Akara Apartments, Colombo’s fast-growing luxury real estate agency, is looking for a hands-on, results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital growth.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms, driving high-quality leads and measurable business results while enhancing the company’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities

* Run & optimize Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.

* Build TOF–MOF–BOF funnels that generate high-quality inquiries.

* Provide creative direction for property ads & UGC.

* Manage content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & LinkedIn.

* Improve landing pages, WhatsApp flows & lead conversion.

* Analyse data & performance — reduce CPA, increase results.

Requirements

* 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing/performance ads.

* Strong knowledge in Meta, TikTok & Google Ads.

* Analytical, fast, organized, and creative with hooks & angles.

* Result-driven, proactive, and highly motivated.
