💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

Must-Have:

Prior experience in fintech or POS device deployment

Technical support or merchant onboarding experience

Familiarity with payment terminals & configuration workflows

Basic troubleshooting skills

Proven track record of meeting deployment targets

Proven track record of maintaining high-quality merchant handovers

Strong organizational & time management skills

【~】✪ Technical/engineering background with fintech exposure is a plus

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :

Execute device installation and deployment across assigned merchant locations

Install, configure, and test devices to ensure readiness

Provide merchants with product training and usage guidance

Escalate complex technical issues to relevant teams

Support smooth merchant handover to Merchant Success or Customer Success

Coordinate deployment schedules with merchants and internal teams

Ensure successful merchant activation and deployment completion

Troubleshoot basic technical issues during deployment

Ensure accurate deployment reporting and documentation

Maintain strong performance across all assigned KPIs
