Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and qualified Accounts Manager to oversee and manage our accounting, tax, and operational processes, ensuring that all financial records and reporting are accurate, timely, and in compliance with company standards and government regulations. This role demands a well-rounded professional with a strong background in sales operations, tax documentation, and management skills.

• Responsibilities:

 Manage and oversee daily accounting operations and reporting activities.

 Prepare, review, and file all required tax documents and financial reports.

 Monitor sales operations, ensuring that all sales records and revenue streams align with company financial goals.

 Prepare and draft comprehensive documents, reports, and professional correspondence related to all areas of accounting and finance.

 Leverage Microsoft Office tools for effective data analysis, financial reporting, and documentation.

 Support and collaborate with the sales team to drive financial success.

 Utilize fluency in English to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

• Candidate Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).

 Minimum of 10 years of experience in the sales field, with proven experience in finance or accounting.

 Diploma in Sales, Management, or Marketing (preferred).

 Excellent self-confidence with the ability to influence and convince stakeholders.

 Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance standards, and operational best practices.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
