Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all booking reservations for Whyhouse
Provide exceptional customer service to local and international
guests.
Need to ensure smooth Guest experience.
Handle inquires and requests of guests with professionalism and
efficiency.
Qualifications
Proven experience in hotel booking and reservation management
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
Strong background in handling foreign clients
Located in or near the Galle area .
