Secretary

Join us as the Secretary to our Managing Director and take charge of managing schedules, meetings, and confidential communications. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership, coordinate key operations, and play a vital part in ensuring smooth executive functioning within a dynamic corporate setting.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the MD’s daily calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.

- Prepare, review, and maintain confidential correspondence, reports, and documents.

- Attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks.

- Coordinate communication between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.

- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.

What we are looking for:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional qualification.

- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office and email correspondence.

- Previous experience as a Secretary/PA will be an added advantage.

- Ability to work under pressure with professionalism and discretion.
