Secretary
We are looking for a Female Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director with day-to-day Arrangements, Meetings, Internal Control Activities, and Documentation Work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assist the Managing Director with Scheduling, Coordination, and
Follow-up Tasks.
* Manage Meetings, Appointments, and Travel Arrangements.
* Handle Documentation, Internal Control, and Record-Keeping.
* Prepare Letters, Emails, and Simple Reports.
* Maintain Correspondence, Filing Systems, and General Office
Operations.
* Manage Simple Day-to-Day Tasks of Other Directors as Required.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills in Sinhala & English
* Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
* Ability to Handle Basic Computer Work (MS Word, Email
Communication, Letter Typing)
* Ability to Work Independently and Maintain Confidentiality
* Responsible, Polite, and With an Open Mindset.
