Qualification:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent facilitation and leadership abilities.
Ability to coach teams for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, etc.).
Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress.
Track and report team performance metrics.
Foster an environment of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Ensure adherence to Agile principles and Scrum practices.
