Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell our bubble tea supplies to potential and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the food and beverage sector.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase sales.
• Conduct product demonstrations and tastings to showcase features and benefits.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective clients to secure sales.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Manager to implement sales strategies and achieve company objectives.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates on customer interactions using CRM software.
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to achieve sales targets.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Sinhala/Tamil is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
