The CHRIS CO-GLOBAL FORWARDING TECHNOLOGY is a rapidly growing BPO service provider for a Canadian based transportation for more than Six years and we have immediate entry level vacancies available in our Fleet Management. We are looking for hire Immediate Logistics Coordinators on full time basis. Please apply with your details for the assessment and interview followed by recruitment. The candidate should be able to work from our office in Bingiriya (Chilaw) and should possess the following requirements.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English is mandatory (Both written & verbal communication)
- Able manage inbound & outbound calls will be an added advantage
- Must require University Degree or Diploma
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
- Willing to work on night shifts (5.30 p.m. to 3.30 a.m.)
- Proficiency in MS Office package especially with MS Excel & Word
- Strong Ability to work in under pressure.
- Prior experience in logistics or client support would be added advantage.
- Strong Organizational skills
- A professional qualification in Business Management or Marketing is an added advantage.
Job Descriptions:
(full three months training would be provided to all the selected candidates)
- Working with brokers, customs brokers and customers over the phone and by email
- Looking for loads: FTL, LTL Cross-border
- Dispatching trucks
- Preparing inbound and outbound customs documents.
- Calculating Rates and finalizing RFPs
- Prepare reports and carry out other dispatch duties as required by Management.
Salaries & Benefits
- Salaries Would be Rs 45000 to Rs 75000.00 per month.
- Overtime will be paid
- Accommodation would be supplied
