👑 Wasanthaye Mahagedara is one of Sri Lanka’s leading premium Nilame attire rental brands, providing complete traditional groom wedding dressing solutions.
With branches in Kadawatha, Malabe, Nittambuwa and Kurunegala, we are looking for an experienced, results-driven and technology-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales growth, improve booking conversions and drive branch performance across the company.
💰 Salary Package: Rs. 110,000 – 175,000+

📌 Responsibilities
✔ Manage and monitor sales performance across all branches
✔ Ensure all Facebook, TikTok, Website and WhatsApp inquiries are properly handled and followed up
✔ Improve inquiry-to-booking conversion rates
✔ Coordinate with the company's marketing agency and monitor campaign performance
✔ Analyze lead quality, sales reports, conversion rates and branch performance
✔ Identify business opportunities, performance gaps and growth strategies
✔ Develop and implement strategies to increase bookings and revenue
✔ Guide, train and monitor branch teams
✔ Ensure excellent customer experience across all branches
✔ Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
✔ Introduce systems and processes to improve business performance
✔ Prepare and present performance reports to management
🎯 Requirements
✅ Age below 45 years
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Management, Business Development or a similar leadership role
✅ Proven track record of achieving sales targets
✅ Strong leadership and team management skills
✅ Excellent communication and customer handling abilities
✅ Good understanding of digital marketing, lead generation and sales conversion
✅ Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
✅ Ability to analyze sales performance, lead quality, conversion rates and marketing campaign results
✅ Ability to make data-driven decisions and implement effective solutions
✅ High level of technical and computer literacy
✅ Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, CRM systems and digital platforms
✅ Ability to work with targets, KPIs and performance measurements
