With a talented sales team and a growing brand, we are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to mentor our agents, improve their skills, and ensure every lead is handled effectively.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced, team-focused Sales Manager with a proven track record in managing and developing high-performing sales teams. This role focuses on coaching, guiding, and ensuring the team consistently converts opportunities into closed deals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Mentoring
* Lead and manage a team of real estate agents, ensuring they meet and exceed performance targets.
* Provide one-on-one coaching to improve negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
* Identify skill gaps and provide continuous training and support.
2. Lead Management & Conversion
* Ensure every lead is followed up promptly and handled professionally.
* Monitor lead pipelines in the CRM (Zoho) to prevent missed opportunities.
* Assign leads effectively to match agent strengths with client needs.
3. Sales Process Improvement
* Audit and refine the sales process to maximize conversion rates.
* Implement best practices for lead handling, client follow-up, and appointment management.
* Provide weekly reports on team performance, highlighting wins and areas for improvement.
4. Performance Monitoring & Accountability
* Track KPIs such as lead-to-appointment ratio, appointment-to-deal ratio, and lead response time.
* Hold regular team huddles and performance review sessions.
5. Collaboration with Management
* Work closely with the Operations Manager to align sales processes with business goals.
* Share market insights, team feedback, and performance trends with management.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Team Leader, or similar role.
* Strong background in mentoring and developing junior sales talent.
* Excellent knowledge of sales processes and CRM systems (Zoho preferred).
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to inspire, motivate, and drive a team to achieve results.
* Real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
