🔸 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✔ Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
✔ Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
✔ Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store goals
✔ Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions
✔ Ensure attractive presentation of products and store cleanliness
✔ Handle billing, payments, and returns efficiently
✔ Build and maintain strong customer relationships
✔ Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
🔸 REQUIREMENTS
✔ Previous experience in sales or customer service is an added advantage
✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Pleasant personality with a positive attitude
✔ Passion for fashion and helping customers
✔ Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
✔ Basic knowledge of computer operations will be an advantage
✔ Ability to work in a team and under pressure to achieve targets
