Candidate Profile
📌 Require to Possess a Minimum of 1 to 3 Years of Experience in Sales & Marketing.
📌 Strong Interpersonal Skills and Excellent Presentation and Communication Skills with A Good Command of English and Sinhala. Tamil Would Be an Added Benefit.
📌 a Degree or An Equivalent Qualification (cim/slim) in Sales & Marketing Will Be an Added Advantage.
📌 Self-Motivated Individual with Strong Business Acumen, Good Time Management, and Task Prioritization Skills.
📌 Basic It Skills Are a Must (email, Internet, Ms Office, Etc.)
📌 Male Candidates Are Preferred.
📌 Require to Have a Valid Driving and Riding License.
📌 Ability to Work Comfortably in A Fast-Paced Environment.
📌 Team Player with A Pleasing Personality.
Job Responsibilities
📌 Reach and Exceed Monthly Sales Target By:
📌 Regularly Following up On Inbound Leads and Sales Inquiries.
📌 Pitching Clients and Customers to Decide, Buy, and Use the Company's Products.
📌 Generating Referral Business by Mining Existing Clientele.
📌 Handling Existing Dealer Points and Developing Dealer Points.
📌 Initiate and Follow up The Sales Process from The Initial Contact Phase Till Closure.
📌 Respond to Customer/client Inquiries, Suggestions, Complaints, and Other Details.
📌 Serve as A Point of Contact for Customers and Answer Their Service-Related Queries in Person and On the Phone.
📌 Develop and Maintain Productive Business Relationships with All Prospects, Partners, and Clients.
📌 Research and Analyze Sales Options and Identify Business Opportunities.
