Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to manage tenders and projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in securing contracts, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets by managing the end-to-end tendering process.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate tender opportunities and project leads.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical and commercial inputs for tenders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in projects and tenders.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the market, competitors, and client needs.
Meet sales targets and provide regular reports on tender progress and outcomes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in tenders and projects.
Strong understanding of the tendering process and contract management.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
