2โ5 years of experience in commercial vehicle sales or fleet account management.
Strong understanding of commercial vehicles and customer needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
Ability to travel within assigned territories and meet sales targets.
Fluent in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage).
Valid driving license (preferred).

Generate and achieve commercial vehicle sales targets.
Develop new business with fleet owners, contractors, logistics and institutional clients.

Manage the full sales pipeline and customer relationships.
Provide financing support and coordinate with internal teams.
