Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in import documentation, shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding.
Sound knowledge of HS Codes, Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW, DDP, etc.), import regulations, and customs clearance procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Experience in the automotive industry will be an added advantage.

Handle and process all import-related documentation.
Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, clearing agents, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Monitor shipments and ensure timely clearance and delivery.
Classify goods using appropriate HS Codes and maintain customs compliance.
Apply relevant Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW, DDP, etc.) in import transactions.
Ensure compliance with import regulations, permits, customs procedures, and government requirements.
Maintain accurate records and prepare import-related reports.
