Salary: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (Potential to earn LKR 100,000+)
Future Coders Academy is a premier IT education provider and a Pearson VUE / BCS Accredited Training Centre. We are looking for a Growth Hunter. Someone who doesn't just answer the phone, but actively brings new business.

The Education Wing: Commission on every student enrollment.
The IT Business Wing: Commission on every software/web client you introduce. If you have the proper skill to close deals, your take-home commission alone can easily exceed LKR 100,000 per month.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
Handle Inquiries: Be the first point of contact for students and parents via Phone, WhatsApp, and Social Media.
Lead Conversion: Actively follow up on old and new leads to convert inquiries into paid registrations.
Social Media & Content: Design eye-catching posts using Canva to keep our social media active.
Counselling: Explain our course pathways (Web Dev, Python, AI, Exams) to parents and students in a convincing manner.
IT Business Sales: Introduce leads for our software development arm (Websites/POS Systems) and handle initial invoicing.
Partnerships: Build relationships with local schools and tuition providers to generate referrals.
Who We Are Looking For:
The Voice: Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
The Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Telesales, Customer Care, or Student Counselling is preferred.
The Digital Skill: You must be comfortable using Canva to create simple, professional social media posts.
The Plus Point: Knowledge of Social Media Boosting (Facebook/Instagram Ads) is a major advantage.
The Attitude: You must be outgoing, energetic, and not afraid to pick up the phone to close a sale.
Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of IT/Computers is helpful (so you know what you are selling!).
Location: Residing around Wattala is highly preferred.
