Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet customers, offer personalized shopping assistance, and ensure a friendly, welcoming environment.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest arrivals, trends, and product details to provide styling advice.
Sales: Achieve individual and team sales goals by recommending products, upselling, and fostering customer loyalty.
Store Maintenance: Keep the store organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow associates and management to create a positive team atmosphere.
Cash Register Operations: Process transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
Requirements:
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility in hours, including weekends and evenings
Positive, friendly, and proactive attitude
Team player with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
MyPOS System Proficiency: Accurately process sales, returns, exchanges, and customer transactions using our POS system. Ensure a smooth checkout process and handle cash, credit, and mobile payments.
