💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 : | # 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

【~】✪ Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

【~】✪ 2–4 years of experience in logistics, import/export operations, supply chain, or freight coordination.

【~】✪ Sound knowledge of customs procedures, shipping documentation, and clearance processes.

【~】✪ Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

【~】✪ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

【~】✪ Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with ERP or logistics systems will be an added advantage.

【~】✪ Ability to work on Saturdays (half day).

【~】✪ Possess a valid vehicle driving license.

【~】✪ Accounting knowledge will be considered an added advantage.

【~】✪ Male candidate (as specified).

【~】✪ Coordinate and manage end-to-end logistics and import operations, including shipment scheduling, customs clearance, and transportation arrangements.

【~】✪ Liaise with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, clearing agents, and transport providers to ensure smooth and timely operations.

【~】✪ Prepare, verify, and maintain logistics and import documentation such as invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, and customs-related documents.

【~】✪ Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery while resolving delays or operational issues efficiently.

【~】✪ Maintain accurate logistics records and provide regular operational and shipment status updates to management.

【~】✪ Coordinate warehouse and inventory movements while ensuring proper stock handling and delivery schedules.

【~】✪ Ensure compliance with customs regulations, company procedures, and logistics standards.

【~】✪ Support cost-effective logistics planning and optimize supply chain efficiency.
