•Explain products clearly and confidently; product knowledge is your sharpest weapon.
•Maintain excellent customer relationships before and after the sale.
•Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth billing and delivery.
•Keep the showroom presentable and sales-ready at all times.
•Follow company sales processes—personal and professional lines stay clearly separate.
Requirements:
•Proven experience in sales (retail/showroom experience is a plus).
•Strong communication and negotiation skills.
•Target-driven mindset—pressure doesn’t scare you, it fuels you.
•Professional attitude, disciplined, and reliable.
•Basic computer knowledge is required.
