We’re looking for a self-driven digital marketer who can own, execute, and optimize the entire digital marketing function end-to-end. This role requires zero hand-holding. If strategy, execution, and results don’t scare you—welcome aboard.
Key Responsibilities
•Own and manage all social media platforms (planning → posting → reporting).
•Create and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business targets.
•Handle graphic design and content creation.
•Manage website updates, landing pages, and basic SEO.
•Track performance, analyze data, and optimize continuously.
•Coordinates campaigns, offers, and launches independently.
•Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
Requirements
•Proven experience in digital marketing.
•Strong understanding of social media algorithms and ad platforms.
•Basic to intermediate skills in design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
•Website management knowledge (WordPress or similar)
•Ability to work independently and responsibly.
•Results-focused mindset (numbers matter, not excuses).
•Thinks like an owner, not a staff member.
•Can manage pressure and priorities.
•Blends creativity with commercial thinking.
