SALES EXECUTIVE
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
✪Researching prospects and generating leads
✪Contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, by email, and in person
✪Handling new and existing sales and promotions for all Restaurants, Banquet services and entertainment
✪Negotiating contracts to arrive at the best deal for the client and organization
✪Seek new opportunities through networking, and social media channels
✪Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
✪ Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
✪Managing the sales process through specific software programs
✪Building and maintaining a CRM database
✪Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
✪Participating in sales team meetings
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
✪Bachelor's or master's degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising and sales
✪A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the leisure, restaurant or entertainment business would be preferred Excellent customer service and sales skills
✪Strong verbal and written communicator
✪ Excellent phone and presentation skills
✪Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs
✪ Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
