About the role

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Online Sales Coordinator to manage and streamline our sales activities across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced online retail environment.

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :

【~】✪ Monitor and respond promptly to inquiries via comments, messages, and story replies on social media platforms

【~】✪ Coordinate with packing and delivery teams for timely order fulfillment

【~】✪ Maintain accurate sales records and prepare daily status reports

【~】✪ Assist with uploading product details, price updates, and content for online sales

💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

【~】✪Previous experience in online sales coordination or e-commerce customer service is an advantage

【~】✪Fast typing and excellent communication skills in English, Sinhala, and Tamil

【~】✪ Familiar with Facebook Marketplace, Instagram DM, and TikTok selling features

【~】✪ Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
