Job Description – Business Development Executive (Sales)
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence within the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Conduct market visits to promote products and monitor competitor activities.
• Coordinate with the service and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development (experience in water purification or FMCG is an added advantage).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
