🛑Salary :- LKR 35,000 per month (base) +
uncapped performance-based commissions.

🔶We are hiring a driven individual to join our team in Colombo and aggressively grow our customer base across Sri Lanka. This is a high-energy, target-driven role ideal for a self- starter who thrives on earning through performance. With a modest base salary of LKR 30,000, your real income will come from commissions - top performers regularly earn LKR 80,000-150,000+ per month through sales volume and incentives.
🟥You will work independently, managing your own territory, pipeline, and client relationships while reporting directly to your supervisor.
🟣Key Responsibilities :-
🔶Generate Leads Independently :- Cold call, visit shops, attend trade fairs, and network in local markets (e.g., Pettah, Kandy, Galle) to build your client list.
🔶Close Deals :- Pitch products/services, negotiate pricing, and secure orders to hit
🔶Personal monthly targets :- (e.g., LKR 2,000,000 - 5,000,000 in sales).
🔶Own Your Territory :- Cover assigned regions (urban and rural), plan daily routes, and maximize face-to-face selling time.
🔶Track Performance :- log visits, sales, and follow-ups; submit weekly reports.
🔶Customer Retention :- Revisit clients monthly to reorder, upsell, and resolve issues - repeat business = repeat commissions.
🔶Market Feedback :- Report competitor prices, customer preferences, and stock gaps to help refine offerings.
🟤Required Qualifications :-
👉Education :- G.C.E. A/L or diploma; degree not required.
👉Experience :- 6+ months in direct sales (e.g., insurance, mobile reloads, consumer products, door-to-door)
👉Proven track record of hitting targets is essential.
👉Skills :-
✅Fluent in Sinhala, basic English for reporting Tamil is a strong advantage. - Comfortable using a smartphone for reporting and WhatsApp Business.
✅Valid two-wheeler license (bike/scooter) -
✅own vehicle required (fuel
allowance provided).
✅Personality :- Hustler mindset - resilient, persuasive, numbers-driven, and comfortable working alone in the field.
