💠 Job Description: Store Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Dinapala Group products to walk-in and potential customers.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, purchases, and returns.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, usage, and benefits effectively.
- Assist in setting up and managing in-store promotional displays and sales events.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Support Group Sales team as needed. Support Group Sales operations by helping with preparations, deliveries, and other assigned duties.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
- Work at any assigned Dinapala branch depending on operational needs.
- Label and display products by pasting accurate price tags on each item before placing them on the showroom.
