Sales Assistant-Male (Colombo)

Customer Engagement

-Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.

-Provide product advice on luggage, backpacks, and accessories based on customer needs.

-Demonstrate product features such as durability, security locks, compartments, and material quality.

-Handle online customer queries and assist with order processing.

-Sales & Target Achievement

-Promote new arrivals, seasonal offers, and best-selling products.

-Cross-sell and upsell complementary products such as travel accessories.

-Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management team.

-Merchandising & Store Presentation

-Arrange displays to highlight new collections and promotions.

-Ensure shelves are stocked, items are tagged, and displays meet Bag.lk branding standards.

-Keep the showroom neat, clean, and welcoming for customers.

-Stock & Inventory Support

-Assist with stock receiving, unpacking, and quality checks.

-Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items.

-After-Sales Support

-Manage exchanges, returns, and warranty-related inquiries.

-Provide excellent follow-up service to build customer loyalty.

Skills & Qualifications

-Previous experience in retail, preferably in luggage, fashion, or accessories.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Strong product presentation and selling skills.

-Basic computer skills for POS and online order management.

-Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and reliability.

Working Conditions

-Shift-based, including weekends and holidays.

-Primarily showroom-based with occasional event participation
