Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach. Experience in sales and the mobile phone retail space is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest mobile phone products, accessories, and industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and product displays.
- Handle transactions, process payments, and manage cash registers.
- Liaise with suppliers for product procurement, requiring occasional travel.
- Maintain a clean and organised store environment.
- Participate in promotional events and marketing activities as required.
- Report to the Sales Manager and provide regular updates on sales performance and customer feedback.
Qualifications and Candidate Profile:
- Basic education (high school diploma or equivalent).
- Proven experience in sales; experience in the mobile phone retail sales an added bonus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computers and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Must be 35 years old or below
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in dealing with suppliers and inventory management.
