About the Job
We are hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Sales & Customer Success Associates. This is a hybrid role you'll mostly work from home, and visit customers approximately once a week to provide product training, onboarding, and in-person support.

What You Will Do
✅ Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
✅ Convert given leads into customers and close sales
✅ Visit customers approximately once a week to provide product training and onboarding
✅ Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
✅ Provide product information and resolve customer issues
✅ Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
✅ Maintain customer records using ERP tools
✅ Report sales activity and performance weekly
Who We Are Looking For
✔️ Advanced Level (A/L) qualification or above
✔️ Good written and spoken English (Sinhala/Tamil a plus)
✔️ Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred)
✔️ Confident on calls, video meetings, and face-to-face interactions
✔️ Comfortable using a computer, CRM, and online tools
✔️ Willing to travel to client locations once a week
✔️ Self-motivated, target-driven, and reliable
✔️ Own laptop/desktop, Mobile phone and stable internet connection

Important Note
Commission is based on the number and value of successful sales you generate. The Rs. 100,000+ figure is an estimate based on average performer earnings top performers earn significantly more. Client visits are scheduled in advance, with food and transport allowances fully covered by the company.
