Customer Relations Associate
📋 Key Responsibilities:
Handle patient and visitor inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, procedures, and appointments
Manage patient complaints and ensure timely resolution
Coordinate with medical and administrative departments for smooth service delivery
Maintain patient records and update customer interaction logs
Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction at all times
🎓 Required Qualifications:
G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification (preferred)
Previous experience in customer service / healthcare / hospitality field will be an advantage
Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in shifts when required
