• රොටි සහ කොත්තු සෑදීමට හොඳ පුහුණුතාවය සහ දක්ෂතාවය තිබිය යුතුය.

• ආප්ප සහ/හෝ ෂෝටීට් නිපැදවීමට දක්ෂ වීම අමතර සුදුසුකමකි.

• ධනාත්මක, උද්යෝගිමත් ආකල්පයකින් යුතුව කැපවීමෙන් හා වගකීමෙන් වැඩ කිරීමට හැකි විය යුතුය.

Candidate Requirements:

• Age: 25 – 50 years

• Open to Male candidates

• Must be a Skilled Apprentice with 2+ years of experience

• Must have strong training and skill in preparing roti and kottu.

• Skill in preparing hoppers (aappa) and/or short-eats will be considered an additional qualification.

• Must be able to work with a positive, enthusiastic attitude, showing commitment and responsibility.
