We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rotogravure Printing and Laminating Plant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the rotogravure printing and laminating industry, with a proven track record of leadership and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the rotogravure printing and laminating plant, ensuring smooth and efficient production.
- Manage and lead a team of technicians, operators, and support staff, ensuring optimal performance and high-quality output.
- Implement and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve production challenges in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and minimize waste.
- Maintain plant equipment and ensure proper maintenance schedules are adhered to.
- Prepare and manage budgets, track costs, and ensure efficient use of resources.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in rotogravure printing and laminating operations.
- Proven experience in plant management, with a focus on productivity, quality, and safety.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of rotogravure printing technologies, laminating processes, and equipment maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant technical or engineering qualifications preferred.
