Guest Assistance: Address guest inquiries, deliver requested items (like extra pillows or irons), and assist with any room-related concerns.

Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report broken fixtures, damaged furniture, or malfunctioning appliances to the maintenance or housekeeping supervisor.
