# ✅ 𝐁𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐅𝐈𝐓𝐒 :

💰 Basic Salary: Rs. 30,000/- + Rs. 10,000/- Performance Bonus

💸 Service Charge: Rs. 10,000–20,000/- (after 1 month)

🍽️ Free Meals

🛏️ Free Accommodation (bed provided)

📈 EPF – 12% Company / 8% Employee

🕘 8–9 Hour Work Shift (Roster basis + OT)

📅 4 Off Days per Month (extra half-day for travelers from 120km+)
