Position: Risk and Compliance Associate
Shift: 3 fixed shift
Qualification:
The Risk and Compliance Analyst ensures the organization's adherence to regulations, internal policies, and industry standards. They identify, assess, and mitigate risks while developing and maintaining compliance programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct risk assessments and prioritize identified risks.
Monitor regulatory changes and implement compliance frameworks.
Develop and communicate internal policies and procedures.
Design and implement internal controls and conduct audits.
Develop training programs and promote a culture of compliance.
Coordinate incident response and prepare reports for stakeholders.
Evaluate and manage third-party vendor compliance.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, while an advanced degree or certification is preferred.
3+ years of experience in risk management or compliance.
Strong understanding of regulations and industry standards.
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in risk management tools and software.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
