JFL operates its stores pursuant to a Master Franchise Agreement with Domino's Pizza International, which provides it with the exclusive right to develop and operate Domino's Pizza stores and the associated trademarks in the operation of stores in India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. JUL has also launched Dunkin' Donuts in India recently through a master franchisee agreement with Dunkin' Donuts International.

After a grand success in India, JFL is making its foray in Sri Lanka for Domino's Pizza stores, and now looking for results oriented, energetic and dynamic people who can take the company's vision on a new height and make it successful on the land of Sri Lanka.

We are looking for RESTAURANT MANAGERS who would be responsible for executing the Service standards set by Domino's Pizza.

# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

【~】✪ Candidates with "Can do Attitude".

【~】✪ Preferably with Hotel Management Graduate or 3-year Diploma

【~】✪ from Hotel school or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management Industry.

【~】✪ Possesses 3 to 5 years hands on experience in a similar set up (exp in the fast-food industry will be an added advantage)

【~】✪ The ideal candidate would be between 23 to 45 years of age

【~】✪ Maintain the international standards to ensure maximum external and internal customer satisfaction.

【~】✪ Leading store level planning, financial management, stock handling, marketing & HR activities etc.

【~】✪ Ensure all operational and managerial aspects are in place at the store operation.

【~】✪ Manage and handle all the operations and store team.

【~】✪ Interact effectively with support departments within the organization.
