Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in restaurant, hotel, café, or commercial cleaning.
Knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and sanitation practices.
Experience in cleaning dining areas, kitchen floors, washrooms, staff areas, and outdoor spaces.
Ability to handle cleaning chemicals, mops, vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, and other cleaning tools safely.
Experience in waste disposal, garbage segregation, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift.
Familiarity with kitchen hygiene (removing grease, cleaning equipment surfaces) is an added advantage.
Physically fit and able to stand, walk, lift, and carry items for long periods.
Ability to follow daily cleaning schedules, checklists, and supervisor instructions.
Prior experience in busy or high-volume restaurants is a plus.
Good discipline, punctuality, and teamwork skills.
