Position Details
• Job Title: Resident Doctor
• Location : Two doctors are required for the Kaduwela branch and the Hanwella branch
• Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in accordance with clinical guidelines.
• Assist in diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
• Participate in clinical rounds, case discussions, and medical training programs.
• Support senior medical staff in emergency and critical care situations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements
• MBBS degree or equivalent medical qualification from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical license & registered with Sri Lanka Medical Council.
• Minimum 10 Years experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Working hours
From Monday to Friday, within the time range of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., you must work 6 hours per day. Additionally, you must work 3 hours on either Saturday or Sunday
Doctors who are currently employed in government or private institutions, or those providing private consultations, may also apply provided they are able to report for duty within the above working hours.
What we offer
Basic Salary plus allowance Rs.250,000 - Rs.300,000 Negotiable according to qualifications and Experience, permanent employment with annual salary increment.
