Sanki Leisure (Private) Limited, a leading inbound tour operator in Sri Lanka, is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible Reservation executive to join our operations team.
Job Responsibilities:
🏨 Handle hotel reservations for inbound tour groups and FIT bookings.
📧 Communicate with hotels and suppliers via email and phone to confirm availability, rates, and allocations.
📋 Maintain accurate reservation records, confirmations, and follow-ups.
📊 Assist in preparing rooming lists, vouchers, and related documentation.
🔄 Coordinate closely with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
🕒 Monitor deadlines, release dates, and payment terms with hotels.
Requirements:
🗣 Good communication skills with working knowledge of English (written & spoken).
💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and email handling).
🧩 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
🤝 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
🌍 Previous experience in hotel reservations, travel operations, or the tourism industry is an added advantage.
📍 Candidates residing in Katunayake or nearby suburbs will be preferred.
