We are an expanding digital property platform dedicated to making real estate transactions seamless across Sri Lanka. We are looking for energetic, target-driven individuals to join our team as Property Listing Acquisition Executives.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion: Make outbound calls to property owners and agents using the provided lead sheets to introduce our platform.
Property Onboarding: Persuade property owners to list their houses, lands, apartments, or commercial spaces on our website.
Relationship Management: Guide clients through the listing process, answer inquiries, and maintain positive relationships with property listers.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly property listing conversion targets.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Language Proficiency: Fluent and clear spoken English is a absolute must. (Bilingual ability in Sinhala or Tamil is also required for local client communication).
Communication Skills: Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience: Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or real estate acquisition is an advantage (freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome to apply).
Technical Literacy: Basic computer literacy and comfort with using smartphones/computers to update lead trackers.
