We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to manage recruitment, manpower coordination, and employee deployment for our security and cleaning service operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities :

✅ Handle end-to-end recruitment for security officers and cleaning staff

✅ Coordinate manpower allocation and deployment to client locations

✅ Arrange replacements for absenteeism, resignations, and urgent staffing needs

✅ Communicate with site supervisors and operations teams regarding manpower requirements

✅ Monitor employee availability, transfers, and workforce movements

✅ Maintain recruitment records and manpower status reports

✅ Ensure recruits meet company and client requirements

✅ Support compliance and manpower-related documentation processes

🔹 Requirements :

✔ Previous experience in recruitment, manpower coordination, or operations

✔ Good communication and coordination skills

✔ Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent staffing requirements

✔ Experience in security services or cleaning operations will be an added advantage

🚨🚨 Bike riding ability with a valid riding license and own motorcycle is preferred for site visits and recruitment activities. 🚨🚨

🔹 Salary & Benefits

💰 Gross Salary: Rs. 75,000/-

⛽ Fuel Allowance for Bike :

Up to Rs. 25,000/- based on meter reading
