Recruitment Officer
A well-established leading Cash on Delivery service with having island wide branch network, looking for energetic candidate for the position of “Recruitment Officer to it’s Head office located at Kotte.
Requirements
• Male candidates only
• Age below 25 years
• Part qualification in PQHRM or equivalent qualification from a recognized university or institute.
• Experience in the field of HR would be added advantage
• Minimum 01-year experience as a recruiter
• Computer literacy is must
• Good interpersonal & Communication skills
• Good analytical thinking and problem solving
• High capability in time and self management
• Proactive and able to do multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare advertisement and publish them and collect CVs
• Screen applicants to evaluate if they need the position requirements
• Conduct preliminary interviews & shortlisting candidates
• Prepare personal files of new comer
• Attend for onboarding process
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
