We are seeking a motivated and skilled Recruitment Executive with expertise in social media and recruitment marketing to join our team and contribute to our growth.
Key requirements: -
- Assist in creating job ads on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook,
Twitter, Instagram)
- Source and engage candidates via social media
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with
foreign principals
- Build and maintain an HR database.
Qualifications: -
- Qualification in HR, marketing, or a related field
- Provan experience as a recruitment Executive or similar role will be
an advantage.
- Strong social media and recruiting marketing skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with creating HR databases.
- Fluency in English Language.
Salary: Negotiable
