Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Recruitment Assistant/Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, from posting job ads to onboarding new hires. This role will be crucial in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate recruitment records, while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare and post job advertisements.
Maintain recruitment databases and records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing necessary documentation and scheduling orientation.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Freshers with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
